| Provide high level presale technical support for Companys customers and partners the CALA Region, in particular including large Internet Service Providers, carriers and mobile internet providers. Deliver solutions to the company customers based on the company product set. The solutions must be aligned with the customer business requirements and reflect the relevant technical best practices. Communicate the value of a Company solution to all levels of the customer organization. Posses a high degree of knowledge of relevant technology and industry standards and is expected to become an expert in the Company product line. Conduct pre sales activities with key service provider customers (presentations, workshops, RFIs, RFPs..). Understand customers network and challenges, analyze needs and requirements and recommend and promoting Company solutions. HLD and LLD of solutions with customers, including sizing and implementation. Execute independently Proof of Concept, trials and acceptance testing at customer sites. Train and assist local partners, perform professional services and network audits. In charge of the technical well-being of the customers, resolve issues, be part of the (on site) post-sale process. Manage Customer Expectations and Solution end-to-end. |
